What People are Saying

Where arts and culture flourish, prosperity follows.

Corey Robinson
Lowell City Councilor

Mosaic Lowell will create a culture of curiosity, exploration, and pride for Lowell’s Youth.

JuanCarlos Rivera
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell

Lowell is such a hub; we have as much culture as Boston.

Lowell Resident

I particularly love the Lowell Mosaic principle of ‘dream big.’ Artists, artisans, culture bearers, makers, creative entrepreneurs are all people who dream and facilitate the dreams of others.
