Rye Draper, a Lowell-based ceramic artists and recipient of a Mosaic Lowell mini-grant, is creating an interactive art installation celebrating the commonality in stories, cultures, and resilience.

📣 @openstreetslowellma  is looking for performers for their 2nd Open Streets event on Saturday, October 3! 

The all-volunteer committee is seeking:
• Solo or group musical acts of any genre
• High-energy and can draw a crowd
• Works as background music for vendor fair
• Appealing to all ages, especially young adult and young families
• 30-minute sets for music, 10-minute sets for dance
• Anything else fun and family-friendly!

Performers will be compensated based on experience and size of group. There will be a ground-level 20’ x 10’ tent and a sound system.

Don't miss the Lowell Southeast Asian Water Festival on Saturday, August 15th!

2 stages, 7 boat teams competing in the traditional Lao long boat race on the Merrimack River and over 100 vendors offering artisan crafts and merchandise, delicious food and information booth and a Family Fun Zone all along a half-mile festival ground at the DCR Lowell Heritage State Park.
