Stay active and have some FUN!Class is open to ALL seniors, to people with Parkinsons, and individuals with mobility challenges.
ALL mobility levels are welcomed, with seated and standing options for all activities. 
Classes are FREE or by donation thanks to a grant awarded by Lowell Cultural Council.
