Franco-American Flag Raising

Join members of Lowell’s Franco-American community as they honor their roots in French Canada, especially Québec. The flag of Québec will be raised, a wreath laid at the Franco monument, anthems sung, and coffee and donuts enjoyed rain or shine. (in City Hall if the weather is inclement.) Nous nous souvions!
