Lowell’s Juneteenth Flag Raising

This event is open to the general public. We welcome everyone. Come out, bring your friends and family and let us all celebrate Junteenth 2023 with a flag raising on Saturday, 17 June 2023 at 11am, followed by a Juneteenth Jubilee at Muldoon Park on Sunday, 18 June 2023 from noon to 5pm, open to the public and also free.
