Mediamakers 2023 | Production Coordination: Making Media Happen

There’s a ton of variables to consider when organizing a community media production. Let’s break it down shall we.
In this workshop, we will go into the nitty gritty details of setting up a community media production. The first part will be a presentation on production coordination, followed by several case studies and a dicussion designed to hash out participants next production idea. Even if you only have the outline of a plan, bring it and let’s dig into the details!
From scheduling to clear communication to understanding group dynamics, participants will leave with a ton of questions and an idea of how to begin to approach their own collaborative endeavors.
