ARPA Funding: Make your voice heard!

The City of Lowell has been allocated almost $76 million through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to help with the recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. City Leaders are in the process now of setting priorities for that spending. To hear thoughts and feedback from the community, the City is hosting three public listening sessions in May.

This is a once-in-a-life time opportunity to make transformational investments in Lowell’s Arts and Culture Sector, but that can only happen if your voices are heard. It is vitally important that Lowell arts and cultural organizations, artists and makers, and patrons of the arts attend these listening sessions and advocate for arts and culture funding.
