The Lowell Festival Foundation encourages charitable, civic and educational activites in the City of Lowell, Massachusetts. These activities shall provide support for the mission of the Lowell National Historica Park, civic activities of the City of Lowell and the educational initiatives of the Foundation. Currently, we are the fiscal agents for the Lowell Folk Festival and we are responsible for the private fundraising, organizing the ethnic food sellers and assisting in the management of volunteers.
