The Tsongas Industrial History Center (TIHC) is the place for teaching and learning about Lowell’s industrial past, present and future as inspiration for creating a better world.
The Center is an education partnership of the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Lowell National Historical Park.
The Center offers full day in-person field trip programs, virtual field trips, teacher professional development, summer day camps, online resources, activities, primary sources and media resources. The Center offers unique curriculum-based programs that engage learners from grade two to adult in activities and explorations of history, science, and engineering using the authentic resources of Lowell National Historical Park.
