Jubilee Day Celebration (aka Juneteenth) & Fathers Day Celebration

This event is open to the public.  We ask that you register (for free) at www.blacklowellcoalition.com, so we have an idea of how many attendees we may expect. Food is first come first served. The event is rain or shine, yet the canoeing and kayaking is weather dependent and will be a shared experience.
