Mala Making Workshop and the Noble Eightfold Path

Mala Making Workshop – Create a handmade mala while exploring the wisdom of the Noble Eightfold Path. This mindful workshop blends creativity, meditation, and intention, offering students a meaningful tool to support breath, mantra and daily practice.
Participants will be able to take home the mala that they have created.
