In this all- levels class we will move at a slow flow pace. You will have many opportunities to modify poses to meet the needs of your particular body.
Linda Moran has been a practicing physical therapist since 1982. She has studied yoga for thirty years of yoga and taught for 20 years. She is a certified instructor with a 500 hour certification in Ashaya Yoga®.
