Mosaic Lowell aims to be inclusive of arts & culture across the city, supporting individual and projects that are open to, and welcoming of, all Lowell residents and visitors and represent a range of disciplines and cultures. To help achieve this, we are implementing a new mini-grant for individual creatives, businesses/organizations, and unincorporated groups. Each project or individual is eligible for up to $1,000 annually.
