Friday, June 17th

6:30PM – 11:00PM: Juneteenth Black Tie Gala at Lenzi’s, Presented by the Afro American Community Collaborative and the Office of Mayor Sokhary C. Chau. Featuring keynote speaker Dr. Julius Wayne Dudley. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.

Saturday, June 18th

11:00AM – 12:00PM: Juneteenth Flag Raising at Lowell City Hall. Hosted by the Black Lowell Coalition, Just Dream Inc., and RFBJ Chapter of BIG. For more information, click here.

Sunday, June 19th

11:00AM – 5:00PM: Free Soil Arts Collective 2nd Annual Juneteenth Celebration on Market Street. Featuring Black musicians and performers, poetry readings, food, Black artisan vendors, and more. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, click here.

12:00PM – 1:30PM: Lowell Walks: Lowell’s Black History at the National Park Visitor Center. This event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required (spots are limited). For more information and to register, click here.

2:00PM – 6:00PM: Jubilee Day (aka Juneteenth) and Father’s Day Celebration at Muldoon Park. Games, music, food, crafts, and canoeing & kayaking, and more. Hosted by the Black Lowell Coalition, Just Dream Inc., and RFBJ Chapter of BIG. This event is free and and open to the public, although registration is requested. 5:00PM – 10:00PM: 3rd Annual Juneteenth & Fathers Day Block Party at The Green @ UTEC. Featuring food & drink, vendors, entertainment, kids zone, and more. Hosted by the Afro-American Community Collaborative. For more information, click here.
